![]() ![]() And the only options that's seen to work in my tests, on the radeon, is setting the V-sync to always off and the Triple buffering On.Ī last advice, even after patching the game it will still drop frames sometimes (when there's too much effects or when changing areas), especially if you don't have a good pc, but when compared before the patch the game is 100% better. And if you don't use something to lock the fps, like rivatuner or your gpu settings,at 30/60, the game will freeze because it will try to create as many frames as possible, so be aware. To optmize the framerate, search on google for the framerate patch, before this patch i was getting most of the time 20 fps, after I am able to get above 30 fps, but i lock at 30 with rivatuner (because the radeon setting not working, idk why), so i can get a more stable experience. The first ff 13 is bad but it's playable and the Lightning Returns runs perfectly, without any changes in the game or in the settings.īut, is this game playable? It is, after you aply some patches.įor the crashes you actualy don't need do disable the Steam Cloud, just search on google for the 4 GB patch, this fixed the crash issue for me. This is probably one of the worst ports ever made to pc, it's just incredible how bad optimized this game is. I'm kind lazy, so I just copied and paste here my review/experience about this game.įramerate fix link: edit - can't post the link here, the link for the patch is on the video above ![]()
